General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These GTC apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

2. Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with:

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
A binding contract is only formed upon dispatch confirmation or delivery of the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are in EUR including VAT, plus shipping costs (unless otherwise stated).

5. Delivery
We deliver within Austria, the EU, and Switzerland.
Delivery times: usually 3–7 business days (depending on destination).

6. Payment
Payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Klarna Sofort, Shop Pay, Apple Pay (among others)

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of SAD Commerce Europe e.U. until full payment.

8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (see cancellation policy).

9. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.

10. Place of Jurisdiction
The place of performance and jurisdiction is Bregenz, Austria.
