In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy from the date you receive the goods.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email.

Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary 30-day return policy from the date you receive the goods.
To be eligible for a return under our voluntary return policy, the item must be unused, clean, and in a resalable condition. The item should preferably be returned in its original packaging. We also require the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Please do not send any items back to us without contacting us first. Returns sent without a prior return request may not be clearly assigned and therefore may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is generally responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exception: If the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will of course cover the necessary return shipping costs or offer a suitable solution.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Delivery
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective, or if you have received the wrong item.
In this case, we will review the matter and offer you a suitable solution as quickly as possible, such as replacement, return, or refund.
Exceptions to the Voluntary Return Policy
Certain items are excluded from the voluntary return policy, where legally permitted. These include in particular:
- personalized or custom-made items
- items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if they have already been used
- heavily used, damaged, or soiled items
- gift cards
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the item you received and place a separate new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If the refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract within the statutory withdrawal period, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or you provide proof that you have returned the goods.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
