Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient if the notification is sent before the deadline expires.

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the return.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Excluded from withdrawal are:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Hygiene articles after opening the packaging
