Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for the communication to be sent before the deadline expires.

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Excluded from withdrawal are:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Hygiene articles after opening the packaging
