3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. The contract is concluded once the order has been accepted by us, for example by order confirmation, shipping confirmation, or dispatch of the goods.

All prices are final prices in euros. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, product availability, and external circumstances.

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances outside our control, such as delays by shipping carriers, customs processing, force majeure, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Austrian law applies.

For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

13. Place of Jurisdiction

For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is Bregenz, Austria.

For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.
